ORDER PROCESSING
How long does it take to process an order?
In Stock Products ship in 3-5 business days.
Delivery time on top of that depends on your location.
Please be patient as we work to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
Where is my custom necklace?
All custom tag necklaces take 2-3 weeks to create.
If it is within this time frame and you email asking when your order will ship, our answer will be "within 2-3 weeks of your confirmed order date."
Outside of specific holiday deadlines, there are no exceptions to this timeline.
Please do not email asking for a rush delivery.
(Well, actually, gold necklaces can be rushed. Email with GOLD in subject line for details.)

Where do you ship?
As we get our groove back we'll add the entire US and its territories, as well as international destinations.
We love all of our customers around the globe and we're doing our best to make this happen as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
If you live in New York you'll get it faster than if you live in California.
For example, the USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
! Once an order is handed over to the the shipping courier, we are in no way responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

! If you enter your address incorrectly and you don't get your package, we are in no way responsible.
! If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you for an address confirmation and need to charge a reshipping fee.

How do I wear the Tag Necklace?
It's designed to fit over your head with one tag on the back of your neck and one tag in the front – but it’s up to you. Twist it around so both tags show. Whatever you want.What kind of gold do you use?
Billy! gold is solid 14K yellow, with its own recipe of alloys that gives it a bright hue.What kind of silver do you use?
Solid sterling silver. Never plated.Will my necklace tarnish? What do I do if it does?
Sterling silver can tarnish.This is not an indication of a damaged necklace. This is a chemical reaction that happens when left unworn or when it comes into contact with certain soaps, lotions, or perfumes.
Even a person’s own skin can react with silver.
If your jewelry tarnishes, simply rub it with a silver tarnish cloth or any household silver cleaner. If you have an allergic reaction to silver or gold, stop wearing it and see a doctor.
Billy! cannot take responsibility for any reactions an individual may have to any metals!
Do you offer polishing services?
We do not offer polishing services. In fact, we don't recommend it. Scratches and dents are part of the breaking in process. You should love that.RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Custom Tag Necklaces are final sale, no exceptions.For other goods, we do offer refunds.
Unfortunately we do not do exchanges-it's just too complicated; instead, we suggest returning and starting a new purchase.
Gifts can be returned and the value, minus shipping costs, will be refunded to the original form of payment. We currently don't do exchanges of any sort. So maybe just keep it.
When will I see my refund?
Once we receive the package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process the return on our end.Financial institutions vary in how long they take post the refund.
Be sure to check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to discuss any delays.

Billy! is back and we are proceeding carefully.
Already the response has been overwhelming (in a good way!) and we want to be sure we do this correctly. T-'s sweats, stickers, and everything else are all on the docket.
Pre-2023 Billy!
We love that you've been with us for so long!We consider this launch a reset. Right now we aren't reissuing old styles. This will change, but not for a few months.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for old Billy! jewelry or gear.
Billy! Permanent bracelets cannot be soldered on again. We no longer have the machine. If you would like to find out about adding a lock to your chain to turn it into a regular bracelet, please email us at billy@lovebilly.com with PERMANENT LOCK in the subject line.
