All custom jewelry is final sale, however we will gladly accept returns on all other items. Return requests must be made withing 14 days of courier confirmed delivery.

For in stock products please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before we ship.

For jewelry that is not personalized, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before we ship.

For personalized or customized jewelry, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before we ship.

For monogrammed pocket knives, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before we ship.

We do everything in our power to get all orders out within the quoted time frame. if there is ever a delay, we will let you know.
