ORDER PROCESSING:
From the time of an order confirmation, please allow up to 3 business days for processing - regardless of the shipping speed selected. If an item is in stock, it will ship out immediately after processing. Jewelry or customized items will have production window indicated on the product page. If there is a delay in any processing or production, every attempt will be made to alert you as soon as possible.

LEAD TIME FOR JEWELRY:
All of our jewelry is made to order in New York City and takes 2-34weeks to create.
If it is within this time frame, please be patient while we create your piece. We do everything we can to make sure this timeline is correct. There may be circumstances where a delay is out of our control (weather, a jeweler is sick, chain supplier is backordered, for instance).
If you feel like your order is taking longer than it should, simply reach out to us via email and we will find out what the hold up is.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
You're taxes and duties will be included in your order total at checkout.
If any unforeseen additional duties or fees are required by your local government for delivery, you are responsible for paying them. The courier will NOT release your package if these unforeseen additional duties or fees are not paid.
Packages that are not claimed may be sent back to us in the USA by your government. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping your order. Any additional costs to ship your order a second time will be your responsibility to pay in advance. Please remember that all personalized products are final sale--whether you claim them or not.
Packages that are shipped and held at customs without claim will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds.

LOST PACKAGES AND DELAYS:
Once a package is picked up by its courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss of or damage to the order, nor are we responsible for any delays in shipping.
We use tracking records provided directly by courier services (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) as proof of delivery dates.
If the tracking indicates the package was delivered and you can't locate it, we suggest filing a claim with the carrier within 24 hours of the delivery notification. If you need assistance please email billy@lovebilly.com. Keep in mind, not all claims are approved by couriers. This is completely out of our control, unfortunately.
For international orders, Love Billy is not responsible for any loss or delays caused by customs or couriers either in the final destination country, or any countries the order passes through on it's way to the final destination.
