RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the courier confirmed delivery date. The procedure for returning is outlined in the “How to Start a Return” section below.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- custom tag necklaces
- custom oblong pendants
- monogrammed pieces
- jewelry that has been adjusted for a particular order (chain length)
- sale items
- international orders
- gift cards
For all other items, follow the return procedure outlined below.

There is a $10 return fee.

The 14 day return window applies to all orders. If you are purchasing a gift, please keep in mind that the 14 days is counted from when you receive the order, not when your recipient receives it from you.

To ensure a positive experience for all customers, we must review all returns before approving a refund.

Items that are not returned in original condition, including all packaging, will not be approved for a refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Log in to your account
1. Enter your email in the email field, then click Continue.
2. Check your inbox. There will be an email with a six-digit verification code. Copy that code.
3. Go back to the online store and enter/paste the verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, we'll send you an email with your shipping label. Your return will be considered final once the items are safely received and reviewed by Love Billy to make sure they are in the original condition. Billy has the right to refuse any returns that do not pass the quality check. Please allow up to five business days for the review process. If there are no issues, your account will be credited for the purchase amount, minus any applicable fees.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Once a return has been inspected and approved, the value of your order will be immediately refunded to the original payment method minus original shipping costs and the $10 return fee.
Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed. Please allow extra time for the funds to reflect in your account as individual finance institutions processing times vary.
BUT IT WAS A GIFT?
Please email us at billy@lovebilly.com with "GIFT RETURN" in the subject line to learn about store credit options. All the same restrictions apply to the return of gifts as to regular orders.
Love Billy will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Refunds for items will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Love Billy reserves the right to refuse return for refund for any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Love Billy's sole discretion.
